The Build: Ground Breaking

Now this puts a smile on my face from ear to ear.......

Nothing like seeing our lot of grass turn into a BIG hole! Hard to believe the time has come. I feel like we have been facticiously telling people we are building....but now we have proof! Not that I don't love blogging about home life, but now I have something else to get excited about blogging about. This next year will bring tons of blogs regarding this build and I love that!

This is a look at a partially dug area for the walkout basement.

I could have parked a chair in front of the lot and just watched them dig the hole.....just so darn exciting!
